Training

Whether you are looking for 1-2-1 personal training or are looking for training for you and your friends then I offer a range of training packages. Below are just a few examples of training available, however if you have specific needs and or requirements then please contact me for further information on the training available.

Personal Training (1-2-1 and Group)

​​Are you tired of the gym?  Do you struggle to find the time and motivation to make fitness a part of your life?​​  

 

If so this could be just what you are looking for to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. Do you want to:-​

  •         Look better: Lose weight, reduce body fat and improve muscle tone.

  •         Feel better: Improved self-image, self-esteem and sense of well-being.

  •         Perform better: Life with more energy, less stress and increased vitality.

​Initial consultation is free, it is confidential and lasts between 30-45minutes. You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and we will have a chat about goals and how I will help you get there.​

Online Training

 

Online PT is a way to work with a Personal Trainer, without having to see them in person and without having to fit in specific time slots for the session. 

You will get all the support and encouragement, just without any time constraints. 

You get a program sent to you each week which consists of how ever many sessions you can fit in.  You will also have access to your trainer at anytime!

Sessions can be completed in your own home or at the gym at anytime that fits in with you!
